Lean / CI Managers: APAC (Japan & Singapore) – ON HOLD, LIVE Q4 2024

We are presently working in partnership with a global organisation, recruiting for a number of their regions across the world.  Their APAC region is experiencing much growth and as a result we are identifying talent in the following locations.  These exciting and newly created jobs will ‘go live’ towards the end of Q2 / Q3 2020. 

APAC Job 1:

Lean / Continuous Improvement Manager

Japan  |  Tokyo area (some national remit)

APAC Job 2:

Lean / Continuous Improvement Manager

Singapore (some national remit)

Requirements:

• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt or have relevant equivalent Lean experience
• Advanced knowledge and application of lean skills
• Experienced as a process improvement delivery specialist
• Experienced in delivering Kaizen or Rapid Improvement activities based on Value Stream Mapping
• Possessing experience of driving lean / CI initiatives across large single sites or multiple sites 
• An excellent communicator, mentor and coach
• Fluency (oral and written) in local language and English
• Willingness to travel
