Interim Lean Manufacturing Contracts - Various Locations across Germany

• Well established and highly reputable global lean manufacturing consultancy practice
• High level strategic lean and change deployment (with facilitation) assignments
• Expanding European operation - Germany based assignment
• Initially, a three to six-month interim contract with potential to extend to 12 months+

• Excellent Lean toolbox and lean / CI workshop facilitation skills – essential
• High-level strategic deployment experience (ideally Hoshin Kanri) – essential  
• German and English language skills to business level – essential
• Six Sigma Certification – desirable (not essential)
• Food or FMCG manufacturing experience – desirable (not essential)  
• Automotive or Industrial industry experience – considered    

We are recruiting a number of Interim Lean Contractors to work as Interim Associates for a growing global lean consultancy.  These assignments will likely suit Contractors with significant lean manufacturing experience gained in large organisation manufacturing / production environments who possess a knowledgeable lean toolbox, vast lean facilitation skills and high level strategic deployment experience.

To be considered you will be highly energetic with vast experience of implementing lean initiatives and process improvement.  There is a need to be both strategic in advising the client and operational; with a focus on delivering sustainable long-term results as part of the end client’s cultural transformation programme.  Therefore candidates will demonstrate presence, excellent communication skills, possess a ‘hands-on’ style and be appropriate and flexible in utilising their improvement tools.

You will be available to start a new contract in immediately or towards the end of Q4 2020 as further phases of the programme are deployed.  Therefore, please apply if your availability is not immediate.  

We will consider both established Interims and candidates embarking on their first interim assignment.  Please note that the daily rate range stated of €550 - €700 per day is dependent on experience.
