Our client is a diverse FTSE100 group who have grown organically and through acquisition.

Reporting to the Group Operational Excellence Director, these appointments will be instrumental in leading the ‘delivery’ of the Group ­­business process improvement strategy.

The interim contracts will be based at our client’s South Midlands head office. Seasoned interim candidates and those seeking their first interim contract are invited to apply.

To be considered it is essential that you possess experience of delivering large process improvement programmes as the lead Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Experience of process improvement within transactional services departments (finance, call centres / contact centres, IT, purchasing, HR etc...) or within the any services sector or retail is of particular interest, however is certainly not a prerequisite.

Candidates will be of graduate calibre, demonstrate a high level of business acumen and possess a progressive career history. The successful candidate will possess Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification and have extensive understanding of using Minitab.    

Most importantly we require excellent analytical, communication and engagement skills, developed through driving sustainable programmes of cultural change.
