As the market leader in their sector, our client’s Shared Service Centre in Poland requires a Senior Project Manager to drive the implementation of a continuous improvement mind set, founded on Lean Six Sigma.

To be considered it is essential that candidates demonstrate experience of driving continuous improvement / lean six sigma initiatives and possess Six Sigma Black Belt / Master Black Belt certification. Business level competency in English is essential, Polish language competence is not required. Candidates will possess excellent MS Office skills and broad Project Management experience and ideally have industry experience in Finance / Accountancy or SSC (Shared Service Centre) / BPO (Business Process Outsourcing).
The successful candidate will be a down-to-earth communicator with a high level of energy, good sense of humour and the ability to stay focused and achieve results when working under pressure. The role will require experience in leading and motivating others, capability of building positive relationships and to be successful in this role you should have a global mind set and the ability to deliver in different cultural environments.
