Our client is a well-renowned global blue chip service provider; well established, highly profitable with an excellent reputation for people development, training and retention. Their flagship European centre based in the Greater London / Essex border has an exciting and ambitious growth plan; they require two Six Sigma specialists to join their Operational Excellence (Opex) team.
Reporting to the Six Sigma Master Black Belt, the job holder will be involved and lead various high profile process improvement / six sigma projects. The job holder will benefit from training and certification to Six Sigma Black Belt (if not already possessed and Black Belt certification is certainly not essential for these appointments).
This is a development appointment offering significant training, development and UK / global career opportunities & advancement. Sponsorship for six sigma / continuous improvement / process improvement and lean programmes is extremely high within the organisation and therefore the job holder will benefit from much support and resources.
To be considered, it is essential that you are degree educated and demonstrate a highly progressive career history gained within any demanding sector (manufacturing, retail or the service sector) and possess excellent communication, influencing and analytical skills. You will be six sigma green belt certified and have exposure to lean, six sigma and / or process improvement as an Improvement Champion or in a leadership appointment. Ultimately we seek extremely high calibre, career focussed, driven candidates.
