Join one of the UK’s key suppliers to the NHS and one of the most high-profile teams committed to fighting COVID-19 in the UK.  We seek a flexible and highly motivated Lean / Continuous Improvement professional to join our client during this critical time.  You will drive lean initiatives, conduct extensive process mapping and facilitating workshops from your home location and occasionally on-site (UK wide).

Continuous Improvement Manager / Lean Expert essential criteria: 

  • Lean / Continuous Improvement experience
  • Any industry considered – you must have driven lean initiatives with colleagues on a hands-on basis 
  • Experience of Possess Mapping, ideally including experience of using Visio or similar
  • Experience in facilitating lean workshops
  • Experience of writing standard operating procedures (SOP)
