Please note that the preference is to offer a Fixed Term Contract, however, the assignment could be offered on a daily rate basis to a Limited Company Contractor.

Our client is one of the UK’s largest food and beverage suppliers. Having recently won and started a new major contract, they seek a Lean / Continuous Improvement professional to join them during this critical period. Initially, you will work on a six-month fixed-term contract (potentially extendable or offered permanently) driving lean initiatives, conducting extensive high-level process mapping, liaising with Stakeholders, and coaching from site or when working from home.  

Continuous Improvement Manager / Lean Expert essential criteria:  

  • Lean / Continuous Improvement experience
  • Any industry considered – you must have driven lean initiatives with colleagues on a hands-on basis 
  • Experience of Possess Mapping
  • Travel flexibility – some travel is required
  • You will be available immediately or be able to commence employment within one week’s notice
