  • Senior Process Specialist – Lean Capability / Projects Focus with Training & Coaching remit

We seek a highly self-motivated senior Lean / Continuous Improvement professional to join one of the UK’s largest industrial service providers.  The organisation is a well-known name that has experienced significant acquisitional and organic growth, their plan includes significant investment in technology and to be a leader in green initiatives/sustainability. 

Joining an innovative team of approx. 18 and responsible for 3 direct reports, you will benefit from Main Board level support for their Process Excellence Programme.  The Senior Process Specialist will be responsible for leading process management and improvement across the group through business partnership with Process Owners and Functional Process Leads.  The job holder will bring experience in leadership, engagement, relationship building, process design and implementation. Leading and delivering significant process led projects and programmes, bringing experience of continuous improvement and solution design.

Acting as an ambassador for best practice, the Senior Process Specialist will contribute to strategic objectives and drive process excellence through establishing a network of relationships.

To be considered, candidates will be of graduate calibre, ideally possess six sigma black belt or equivalent lean certification and demonstrate a progressive career history of lean and continuous improvement.  We require expertise in continuous improvement and a lean mindset, with previous experience working on large-scale business improvement or strategic projects.  Experience in leading high-performing teams of specialist process resources and detailed process knowledge in a variety of functional business areas e.g. Finance, HR, Customer Service, Operations (Logistics, Supply Chain).
