This is a unique opportunity for a talented lean / continuous improvement specialist with experience of deploying lean tools and methodologies and extensive employee involvement across their sites throughout the Southern UK region (mainly M4 corridor, Home Counties and some of Greater London).   

The Regional Continuous Improvement Manager will be employed within their UK organisation and you can be based anywhere in the South of England.  The role offers the opportunity to support and embed a long-term culture of lean management into an organisation at the beginning of their lean journey and benefits from full Main Board sponsorship and support.  Please note that this is a highly autonomous role, working on multiple sites and therefore requires a high level of self-motivation.       

The job holder will demonstrate expertise / best practice in coaching and mentoring lean / continuous improvement tools and techniques.  Working with the management teams to positively encourage the deployment of trained resources to work on planned and approved projects.

It is essential that you demonstrate experience of driving lean / continuous improvement (CI) projects and initiatives within any demanding environment as a dedicated practitioner.  Candidates possessing Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification is desirable, but it is not essential.
