Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / Master Black Belt
Large global transactional services / outsourced production solutions organisation
Oxfordshire based (25% travel – UK and some Europe)

Experience of leading large scale lean six sigma black belt / master black belt projects and driving process improvement change is essential
Manufacturing and / or transactional services experience considered
As a member of the Global Operational Excellence team, the job holder will lead improvements within product and production processes across the UK. Implementing change using lean and six sigma methodology and providing process analysis, design and improvement services to the organisation. Tasked with identifying, leading and managing process improvements across the business, using lean six sigma methodologies to identify problems, the associated root causes and implementing solutions which address fundamental issues within the process. The coaching, mentoring and assisting in accreditation of Green Belt and Black Belt training will also be a fundamental part of the appointment. A second key element will be to work on one-off projects / initiatives that require lean six sigma skills but also much broader skills, this will involve working with multiple senior managers across different business units.
We require a Change / Process Improvement expert who has worked for any large / blue chip organisations ideally with a mix of manufacturing and transactional services sector experience. It is imperative that candidates have Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification and possess true world class lean / process improvement experience, including large scale six sigma project experience within the last 12 months.
Candidates will be of graduate calibre and demonstrate a progressive career history. Most importantly we require a ‘down-to-earth’ engager of people who demonstrates outstanding facilitation skills coupled with a track record of strategically driving and leading cultural, long-term sustainable change.
The basic salary is dependent on experience and in addition the package will include a generous car allowance and excellent benefits.
