Are you presently working in a production / line management, manufacturing improvement or Lean / Continuous Improvement role, but craving the opportunity to release your potential and progress your career?
Maybe now is the time to experience new and challenging environments and benefit from exceptional training and mentoring in a fantastic team environment?
Why not consider Consultancy?

Our client is unique, highly reputable, profitable and expanding. They offer an opportunity to add real sustainable value to a range of FMCG (food and non-food) clients across the UK and worldwide.

As a market-leading global operations and productivity improvement consultancy practice, their UK operation has recently secured several high value contract wins within the food manufacturing industry. They therefore are looking to recruit a Senior Consultant ideally on a permanent basis or potentially on an interim basis.

Prior management consulting experience is not required; this is an excellent opportunity for a high calibre individual possessing a proven track record in problem solving and implementing their own new initiatives within FMCG manufacturing environments. Interested candidates can be based anywhere across the UK as the job holder's weekly schedule will involve working on their clients site from Monday to Thursday and from home office on Friday.

The job holder will advise, plan and lead major improvement projects for manufacturing clients across the UK. As Lean Facilitator, you will lead your client's team in changing methodologies and approaches and then coach and mentor to apply these newly developed principles. You will benefit from a comprehensive development plan; including training of formal company operating principles to generate rapid and sustainable returns and efficiencies.

To be considered, you will be degree educated (or higher), ideally in Engineering or Production Management. You will be highly driven and self-motivated, demonstrating excellent communication skills and an engaging people management style. It is preferred that you possess production / manufacturing line management experience gained within an FMCG (food or non-food) environment. You will have a background in driving continuous improvement (CI) utilising either lean six sigma tools or by taking a flexible approach to achieving demanding business improvement initiatives.

Exceptional career prospects, realistic high earnings potential and the option to work on short or long-term international assignments exist for ambitious candidates.
