Continuous Improvement Coordinator | Food Manufacturing Site Lead, Lincolnshire - CLOSED Feb 2023

Continuous Improvement Coordinator required for a large food manufacturing site based near Spalding, Lincolnshire.    

We welcome candidates who are either: 

• Continuous Improvement / Lean Practitioners in FMCG manufacturing 

or

• Production / Operations Managers in the food manufacturing industry who have exposure to or led CI projects and initiatives.

Our food manufacturing client has many sites across Europe and continues to invest in their highly supported and Board sponsored Continuous Improvement Programme.  They seek a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to lead all CI activities on-site, responsible for training / coaching and embedding and deploying a range of tools and practices to create a culture of Operational Excellence. 

Reporting to the Site Director, this is a broad appointment with much scope for development.  

To be considered it is essential that candidates demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills and experience.  You will have a passion for continuous improvement and have much fulfillment in delivering results from people.
