Our global food manufacturing client continues to invest in their highly supported and Board sponsored Continuous Improvement Programme.  They seek a UK Continuous Improvement Analyst to work alongside their Operational Excellence Lead in embedding and deploying various continuous improvement tools and techniques across their UK sites to create a culture of Operational Excellence. 

Reporting to the Head of Operational Excellence, this is a broad appointment and has much scope for development.  

To be considered it is essential that candidates demonstrate experience as a Continuous Improvement Analyst or Manager, driving continuous improvement / lean initiatives within any demanding and fast-moving manufacturing environment.  The role remit will be highly focussed on the analysis of data and therefore we require a candidate with previous experience of working as an Accountant (either qualified or part qualified) or in a similar Financial Analyst appointment with similar synergy.  

There is a need to travel in this role and a full driving license is required.  Candidates can be based anywhere in the UK, working across the UK at the various manufacturing sites on projects and remotely from home as required.  Please note that the salary range is dependant on experience.
