Are you a highly customer focussed lean / six sigma professional looking for a new inspirational challenge?

  • You will deliver agreed significant improvements of continuous improvement projects using appropriate methodologies (e.g. DMAIC, DDIS) for multi department / sites
  • Organise and manage multi-disciplinary teams during the life cycle of the improvement activity
  • Train, coach and mentor Six Sigma Green Belt CI Managers on the appropriate methodologies to ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Lead all reviews for your own projects and support Green Belts through their projects

To be considered you will be a highly energetic Lean / Six Sigma professional with experience of implementing lean and process improvement projects in the service sector through coaching and delivery.  You will be certified six sigma black belt.  There is a need to be both strategic and operational; with a focus on both ‘quick wins’ and delivering sustainable long-term results, therefore candidates will demonstrate presence, excellent communication skills, possess a ‘hands-on’ style and be appropriate and flexible in utilising their process improvement tools.
