Our client is a market-leading international operations and productivity improvement consultancy practice. Their head office in the USA is supported by regional offices in South Africa, UK, Hong Kong and Australia. Their USA operation has recently secured several high value contract wins within the food manufacturing / processing sector (located in the Midwest food belt and throughout the USA) and they are looking to recruit several Consultants to support and lead the existing team.
The job holder will benefit from a comprehensive training programme and will advise, plan and lead major improvement projects; leading food clients cross-functional teams through a transformation programme.
Prior consulting experience is not a prerequisite. These are excellent opportunities for high calibre senior or middle management level manufacturing operations, production or maintenance professionals who possess extensive leadership experience and a proven track record in flexible problem solving (ideally with familiarisation of lean six sigma tools). FMCG manufacturing experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Permanent appointments are immediately available. In addition interim contracts will be considered (duration is likely to be between 3 to 9 months, depending on candidate availability).
It is essential that candidates are eligible to work in the USA through citizenship or possess a Green Card. Candidates without eligibility can not be considered for this appointment, but may be suitable for other appointments we are recruiting for.
